Not happy? No problem. Here’s how to return items to us.

⏱️ Time limit

You have 30 days after receiving your order to decide. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Shoes should be tried on indoors only (no outside wear).

📬 How to return

Send an email to our support address to get a return authorization. We’ll give you the return address. You pay for return shipping unless we made a mistake (wrong item or defect).

💸 Refund process

Once we receive and check the item, we’ll approve or reject. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded.

🔄 Want a different size?

Just return the original and place a new order. That’s the fastest way.

🚫 Non‑returnable items

For hygiene: socks, insoles, and any “final sale” items. Gift cards also cannot be returned.

🔧 Defective items

If you receive something damaged or faulty, tell us within 7 days. We’ll replace it or give a full refund, including return shipping.
